Spatial Biology is expanding frontiers in immunology. Here we introduce CellScape™ Precise Spatial Multiplexing as a powerful tool to support complex interrogation of tissue samples. Dr. Mara De Martino of Weill Cornell Medicine will discuss ongoing work to improve the outcomes of radiation therapy in patients with glioblastoma. This work incorporates data generated with CellScape to understand the population dynamics of tumor infiltrates as part of a multi-modal approach that links tumor metabolism modulation to immune responses, generating actionable insights toward improving therapy efficacy.
